This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. Unfortunately our global suppliers sometimes cannot provide tracking numbers but we can provide a copy of the shipping label and do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. In most cases where we can, tracking numbers will be forwarded to you.
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 3-5 weeks to arrive for Jewelry, Paintings, Household Products and Others.
Apparel, Mugs, some other Jewelry printed and shipped from the US, takes 7 to 14 days.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
This depends on what you order. Most of our products are created on
demand and we ship within One to Two weeks of your ordering, for items printed here in the U.S. and 3 to 5 weeks for products from overseas.
Extremely popular designs might cause a Three to Four week delay in printing however this is extremely rare.
Once shipped, your order will usually arrive to you within a few days. In

We print our items on demand and have many products that aren't stocked
in house. Sometimes your orders will come from different locations, so you
may receive one item before the next. They're all coming!
What is your return policy?
As each order is custom and printed on demand, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 30 days.
If there is a defect and the customer does not want a replacement, a refund will be provided. We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customer needs a smaller or larger size.
